OK....as I've said in the past, I'm NEW to this hurricane stuff, I'm more into WINTER weather, I mean, living at 7102' 8-)

Anyways..I hope this doesn't sound too ridiculous, WHAT'S causing Frances to stall like this? I've been very busy with Search & Rescue this weekend and haven't kept up on the happenings!

a high pressure ridge thats not to0 weak, not too strong...basically....
