So how are those in Ft L holding up?would love to hear reports of those who stayed.

ft laud holding up okay. luckily with the slight north jog frances did today, along with the mostly westward motion, spared us from the main eye wall band on the south. It looked for a while like we were going to get that south eye wall, but its still very breezy and rainy, quite a few down trees, 200,000+ without power, but still consider ourselves very lucky. We've managed to avoid the direct wrath of both Andrew and Frances. Whew.

Well I hope ya'll stay safe.My cuz stayed home to ride it out in inner room in house.says wind is load.she still had power about 8.shes by Lindaview waterway.Hope no water surge her way.

It's OK here. Transformers going and trees falling and good winds, but OK.

eyewall southern

I beleive we are in the southern eyewall, as we are getting nasty gusts and heavy rain....

The radar is showing us right on the eyewall's southern most part

I'd love to know what were the highest winds we got here in Coral Springs.
