SW flow over Louisiana Gone!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday there was strong SW upper-level winds from Mexico through LA. as shown on the GOM WV, but today they are gone. :eek: :eek:

Local mets in N.O. said this would prevent Frances from going west if she got into the GOM.
