sunset picture from yesterday

The winds today in Weston were amazingly light considering how close we are to the eye. I'm guessing we had gusts over 50mph, but not much higher than that. Rainfall was minimal, too.

We really dodged a bullet here on the south side of this storm.

That was gorgeous! One of my favorite pictures I've ever taken was of a sunset as Irene passed us by. It's nice to know that such a destructive force can at least unleash a little beauty. Good for you for noticing and capturing it for us all to see.
