Trying to find an old thread....re:plywood

I'm trying to find an old discussion that said something about how some Floridians were shown on TV putting up their plywood incorrectly. I'm not sure if it was in the 'Scott's plywood rant' thread or another thread. I tried the search function but I guess that doesn't work?
If anyone remembers where this was posted, please let me know.

It's buried somewhere in the forum. We disabled the search feature to take some of the load off the server. :-9

what is was about was that people were attaching plywood into the structure of their homes, not the window frames. apparently they werent cutting the wood to fit or anything, just nailing wood over the windows and actually into the walls....
