Any news out of Orange City or Deltona?

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

Any news out of Orange City or Deltona?

#1 Postby JMGNole » Sun Sep 05, 2004 7:47 am

My kid's house is in Orange City and they seem still have power, or at least they did at 8:00. They are here, and are worried about their new house.

Thanks for anything.

Marshall talked to Chad (in Deltona) and he's been without power for several hours, since this morning sometime. They were getting drenched and it was still very windy, but otherwise ok.

I don't think they were through cleaning up after Charley.

Does Chad have a generator? Marshall said his power was out in an earlier thread.

I still have power. It's come and gone 6 or 7 times but right now it's on. I just tried to call Chad again and can't get through. :-( "Telephone Facility Difficulties".

Thanks, they are worried but feel a little better knowing that Orange City hasn't been blown away.

I LOVE this board.
