We'll never be able to control the weather. The wx is like a big equation in which x is attempting to equal x (in otherwords balance itself out). Hence why we can use computer models to help predict the weather since air is a fluid (like water) and is bound by physics. Yea we may be able to seed a hurricane and stop it but all that's going to do is change the equation somewhere else and we're still going to have problems. So what's the point in my opinion? Weather control is just a waste of time if you ask me.
