OK, lady!!!
...you got me!
Yes, I am old enough to wear glasses, and I reckon I need to change them!!
Actually, I was just trying to point out concerning other posts that we have friends to be concerned with that don't live in Florida, or the USA for that matter...
Still friends???

First of all canegirl they shouldn't be looking at what I am saying they should be looking at what the NHC is saying and it is only my interpretation which I am sure you have had and have been wrong with too.......nobody can say for sure what will be happening and your interpretation is that it will hit or what??? Maybe that is wrong too....hmmmm

Guarantee this isn't a wishcast - But, I'm not at all comforted by Ivan's forecast, albeit this far out. Compare it to Hugo and David and you'll see why.
I hope it is a fish storm, and I hope it doesn't get any bigger/badder before it hits the islands, although that looks inevitable. To those in the islands, batten down and stay safe. Our prayers are with you.

Easy now, gang. We're all here for discussions, opinions, predictions, thoughts, and lessons. Keep it friendly.
Verbalize why you disagree, but don't give someone a hard time if they're opinion doesn't agree with yours or make sense to you.
And, as wxrgirl1 said and as our professional mets and forecasters on here have said - these are not official discussions or forecasts...people need to listen to the NHC and their local emergency management officials.
