IMHO, There is no way a storm on that track hits the Keys or south Florida, unless there's a very unlikely "left turn."

More worrisome for us, I think, is a track beneath Cuba, a trough, and a recurve up and across the Keys.

Besides that, Frances curved left after moving NW for a time.
