Frances Showing Signs of Reorganization...

Frances now over the Gulf finally shows signs or the LLC wrapping around again. The Tampa Radar clearly shows this on the Intellicast display...

Look at the 1045GMT display...you can clearly see the open LLC closing up and making a complete circle again.....

I just looked at that and based on the weather we are getting, I think she is strengthening.
