I'm not sure if I want to get started on the whole post-every-model-run thing again, but because so many people are screaming Ivan=FL, I wanted to show you the new 12Z GEM at 144 hours.

More southerly track trend for the canadian...

That looks not-so-good for Louisiana ...

My gut instinct is this is a GOM storm, but that's just gut, not science or even art.

At first glance, I thought the pressure label read "888" instead of "988" -- Gilbert 2, anyone?

I am too and these Florida hits are mentally exhausting. I don't think I can take one in the central or western GOM. :eek:
