Definitely. Every serious met knows that potentially dangerous hurricanes develop a skull in the deep convection for us to view with satellites.

When taken as a whole, however, it's clearly a Grateful Dead tie-dye. The storm will uptake hallucinogenic mushroom fields from the islands, stall periodically on a multi-city tour and camp out, and then head straight for Vermont.
