I usually get about 6 hours. I need this much to feel good all day.
Anything less and I get sleepy all afternoon.

Most nights I get 7 1/2 hours. I do fairly well throughout the day on that amount.

Good question... during the week I generally get 6 1/2 hours of sleep, but the weekends I generally get 5 or so.

I don't need a whole lot to keep me going at least not at this stage in my life. :)

Variable; sometimes 3-4 hours at any given time, but I usually NEED 12 in one stretch, if I can get it w/o being awakened by pain.

I get between 5 and 9 hours a day. I have gotten used to staying up into the early morning hours, have no place to go most days.

I wish 5/6 was enough (what I often get). Ugh! My brother works night shift for UPS and drives long distances and back (Cincy to Cleveland, for example). He gets 5 and swears by it. Me? I need at least 8 to feel fully alert. I have daughters that start school at 7:20 now so we're up around 5:30 most days. I should turn in around 9:30 but that's about the time I find a second wind. I'll putz around on the computer, etc. and again, go to sleep late. Day by day, this schedule takes a toll with me.

One thing I personally learned - if you consistently exercise daily (30 min. at least) you can get by on less sleep. When I hit the treadmill every single day it's like an extra cup of coffee or two. Takes a week or two to get to that stage but it's worth it!

About 7 hrs, 7 days a week. 8 sneaks in once in a while on a weekend. 6 happens too.

Consider 8 a real bonus.

I get 7 hours on most nights. Unfortunately, my lazy body wants more than that so I end up waking up as a very grouchy momma. Once I drink 2 cups of coffee and get my bones movin', I'm ok for the rest of the day.

I usually get about 6 hours during the week, 7 to 8 on weekends. I would like to get 8 hours of sleep every night, but working 9 to 12 hours a day does not allow for much waking time at home each day - so what usually suffers is my sleep time.
