I'd like to offer an apology to the board. My comments were inappropriate and I regret the error.
My dislike of Chavez and his Communist government and assistance to Al-Qaeda does not extend to the decent and hardworking people of Venezuela. I would not wish suffering upon those people, as they suffer enough as is and they most certainly do not deserve it.
I hope you all will forgive me for my error.

Huh? Ok - I forgive your error, but it seems a bit off-topic....
Extremely funny! TWC has become more embarracing for Meteorology than informative.
Yes - but as long as they keep Stephanie and Hillary on the air, I won't be changing the channel....
(I am a good girl!)
I'm sorry to hear that..... Ah, you're probably too old for me anyway... j/k
can we get a top 10 and go for letterman---he needs some ratings!
Letterman doesnt pay enough... LOL
too funny for words. quit your day job and go to work for Leno........
Neither does Leno.....
Hillarious, may I share with some of my friends that don't read this board?
Sure, but make sure you also show them NCWeatherDude's Frances forecasts, or they wont get it... LOL
For my 250th post, I will bump this extremely hilarious post back to the top of the board where it belongs.
I'm honored - with the way this season is going, maybe you'll be able to use your 500th to bump my Hurricane Zeke predictions....
BTW - - - are you by any chance a standup comedian?????????
Nope, I'm actually an auditor, but my clients wouldn't approve if I included predictions similar to these in their audit reports....

Channel 11 Dallas...
From the "What the heck are you people doing covering a hurricane" file. Channel 11 in Dallas had their on the scene reports, but deciding one reporter was not enough, 11 sent two reporters to Florida, I assume to provide that all important "team coverage". "Team Coverage" tends to lose its effectiveness, however, when the team is huddled together in the same spot. I can imagine the anchors in Dallas saying something along the lines of "For up to the minute news on Frances, we begin our team coverage with Don in Punta Gorda and Dawn, uh, five feet away from Don, in Punta Gorda."
Dallas having onsite hurricane coverage makes about as much sense as Lubbock having onsite hurricane coverage (I used to live in the Lubbock area, by the way).
