no snickering because ive seen stranger things happen. infact on that run, the storm appears to be pulled into several parts with the remnant surface low retrograding west into NC.

I made a hard left like that the other day in my car to avoid a cat in the street. I almost flipped over. Now can you imagine Ivan doing that?

I don't know why the model does that loop back at NC .....but it has happened somewhat like that before...remember Dennis right before Floyd (for those who don't Dennis swiped NC went out to sea and then looped back and smack NC again)??
