As usual, let me say -- THESE ARE SPOILERS! Don't read them if you don't want to know what's going to happen. Keep in mind that these aren't set in stone -- cast changes, current news events, writer's disputes, and other unforseeable issues sometimes cause things to end up on the cutting room floor.
Feel free to add your favorites, if you have access to spoilers.
ER - "One For The Road"
-Dr. Lockhart joins the cast

-Chen, Pratt, and Elgin are in a car accident and the car goes into a river. With a Maglite flashlight, Chen and Pratt keep Elgin's head above water as the vehicle fills up. Pratt tells Chen to get out first and he'll follow with Elgin. They make it to the ER - all three as patients. (There's a scene with Elizabeth checking on Chen in surgical ICU...but since Lizzie's been written out of the show, I'm not sure how this will play out this season.)
-Kerry is still fighting for custody of *shaking head at the name* Henry. Apparently, she's dressed to the nines and everyone compliments her. (I sure hope her hair is longer again.)
-Jerry takes a call for Luka and tells him it is from a 502 area code (I know that's KY) but Luka doesn't take the call. It's probably Sam, who is on her way to Florida (that might be edited)
-Susan...well, I don't know about Susan.
-Morris is still just as lazy and incompetent. He spends the first 15 mins of his shift chowing on chicken until Weaver busts him. Then he wants to "fish out" a foreign object from the body cavity of a *ahem* in police custody. Of course, there's the whole matter of a search warrant and/or patient's consent first.
-Kerry tells Neela that she doesn't work in the ER anymore. But Neels shows up just as cute as always -- and fresh out of the shower.
-A new charmer of an intern named Ray joins the cast.
-Carter asks Kem a very special question.
Third Watch - "More Monsters"
-Cruz, Davis, Monroe and Sully turn the tables on the gunmen and are heroes as they save lives of hospital staff and their fellow officers during the shootout at the hospital.
-One of the gunmen survives, as the officers use him to get information on Donald Mann's whereabouts.
-Kim puts her life on the line as well, and though not physically hurt she is emotionally damaged from the incident.
-Bosco is shot numerous times as he falls victim to the gunmen, his life hanging in the balance as doctors work feverishly to save him!!
(*sigh* With Fred somewhat out of the picture, I'm ready for Faith to be at Bosco's side. Of course, I'd prefer they do it post-divorce rather than have Faith engage in an extramarital relationship...her name is "Faith" afterall. But the chemistry between those two!!! Mmmmmm! )
-Yokas and Cruz go alone to confront Mann. Their confrontation results in Mann's mysterious murder on a rooftop.
JAG - "Hail & Farewell, Pt. 2"
- Mac goes to Trippler Morgue in Hawaii
- There will be flashbacks and a therapy session for Mac
- Don't expect to see a body. Mac isn't the one to identify the remains.
- Looks like Porter Webb will be in this episode. (Also in Hawaii.)
- Mac goes to Hawaii to get the remains of Webb and identify him, but when she gets there, his mother already confirmed his identity. The Navy didn’t have access to his file, so they contacted his mother.
- Alicia Montes, a professor at a Washington area law school will recruit Harm in the first episode to help a seaman she believes was wrongfully accused of murder 22 years ago.
- Mac tells Lt. Cmdr McCool that it's too late for her and Harm
- Alicia notices Mac's unease in a scene at Harm's apartment.
- A new JAG, nicknamed "Biff," joins the cast. (I'm going to miss Adm. Chegwidden...he was cool!)
- Hailee Hirsch (previously known to ER fans as Mark's daughter Rachel) will return briefly as Mattie.
I'd love to find spoilers for L&O:SVU and CSI, but those shows primarily go case-by-case, episode-by-episode with very little, if any, insight into the characters personal lives.
