I-10 Closed Eastbound, just east of I-75...

I just passed through about and hour ago heading westbound, and crossed about 18 inches of water on the westbound lanes... Looked like they were gonna close westbound as well. The water was hauling butt northbound across the whole interstate, about 2 feet deep in places... And rain was falling at the time... :eek:

All traffic is exiting I-10 Eastbound and diverting onto South I-75... Backup was probably about 5-6 miles...

Yup, there it is... Thanks for the posts from FHP. I'm a cellular engineer from, all places, NC working my second restoral event in Fla this year, first was 8 days straight of 16-18 hour days after Charley, now Frances... and I got a call from the NC National Guard, which I am a member of, and they are activating some folks for the issues today in NC... Man, when it rains, it poors... Biblically so this year...
