This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

All the forecast models that so many of you refer to? Are they all in one place somewhere?

The best place

#8 Postby CFLCaneWatcher » Tue Sep 07, 2004 6:37 pm

that I have found is here:

http://www.boatus.com/hurricanes/tracking.asp#ivan

The Spaghetti string has almost all the models together. It is currently not available for Ivan but I'm sure it will be in the near future.

Don't forget to check the home page storm2k.org and check the links in the menu at the top of the screen, especially those under "Tropical Weather."

The home page has everything you need about current storms (forecast track, advisories, and so forth) along with all the other links. And under "Tropical Weather," they've linked to Scott's model page with graphics -- http://www.midatlanticwx.com/modelmap.htm
