What is frightening is the ability Ivan has to go through dramatic strengthening cycles. WIth a
hot Carribean and a hot GOM, this monster may be
the infamous "next big one"

Who wants to win that lottery? :(

Ivan seems to be able to go through strengthening cycles faster than Frances did.
