I hear you. All this rain and storm bands coming through, finally caused my 60 ft oak to split in half and land on my house. Luckly only roof damage and some minor water damage inside. Still though, now I get to play the insurance game. 
Luckly though, I already got most of the tree cut down. Cost me BIGGGGGGGGGGGGG bucks but it's off the house.
