Frances...NO future stalling

Lets sure as heck hope she doesn't pull another stall job in the GOM.
Build up another ton of moisture, wait for the trough, then shoot up into the appys. Tenn. and NC mountains could have a long day ahead.

She looks to have done one of her famous stall jobs just northeast of Tampa.

Well, as I feared, the NC mountains are catching it now. Prayers are with all of those in the high country and everywhere now getting frances' flooding wrath.
