nhc , predictions
i feel that th nhc center does do their best to forcast where all these systems will finally go. there only maps and charts. when these waves come off africa and most of the time turn into something it does not matter how fast theygo . when predict the are going to hit some type of land somewhere. usually in the carribean first.i feel everyone is in harms way of these systems until they are said and done. just my opion.
