comment on flaming members

I really hope the mods will take a hard stance on anyone who writes that Floridians/Carribean residents are getting what they deserve for choosing to live in a hurricane zone. I am getting sick of reading this and it's doing nothing but inflaming people. What's really ironic is that it often comes from people living in other states that get hit by hurricanes, just not as often.

CFL, I take offense to nearly everything in your initial reply. I take offense to "kids", because yes, I am 17...soon to be an adult...but in college and studying meteorology. I have been working on meteorology since I was 8...if you don't believe me, I will gladly show you my video tapes back to the 1995 Hurricane Season.

I also take offense to "flaming gays"...but we won't go there. There is no room for name calling on these boards.

In regards to the people I disagree with....unless they say every hurricane is going to be a category 5 and/or every hurricane is going to hit there area or a large city, leave them alone...or just ignore the posts and/or let the mods delete them if necessary...it's not THAT hard.

MB, you bring up great points but the use of the exclamation points and mad face is probably what kept CFL going.


Otherwise, keep going mods!
