An Amber alert has been issued for two girls in Liberty County. Police say Jessica Kelly and Julie Patterson, both 15, were last seen Tuesday afternoon in the West Woodland Hills subdivision.
They left to take a walk around the block but never returned.
Police are investigating an unknown man from Georgia that the girl's have been talking to through e-mail.
"Neither of these girls have ever run away in the past. Also, they have never left and stayed out all night," said Rick Patterson, Julie's father.
Jessica Kelly is about 5'8 inches tall with blonde hair and hazel eyes. Julie Patterson is about 5'7 inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes.
