ok, i dont really know what im asking here or what kinda information i am talking about..be ill ask anyways.
i was reading a post the other day and someone mentioned a program that could take "coded" data that is received from the flights into the hurricane and put it into layman terms ....does anyone know what im talking about ....im kinda shooting into the dark here becuase i can hardly remember anything about it...

Mike Watkins had an Excel spreadsheet that worked pretty well.

It was I who posted about the program, still haven't run across it again.
