Floaters Swapped?

Er...why did Ivan just switch from Floater 2 to Floater 1 (which now shows New England, what I assume are Frances' remnants)?

I hope they will not continue to have a fix on Frances remnents all the way up into Canada.The Floaters are for hurricanes,not storm systems :x

Ivan is most important at this moment.....he will stay on floater 1 for a very long time now.
