This morning, at 5 AM, the models dramatically shifted right. What caused the models to shift back to the left by the 5 PM advisory???

Perhaps it was the data obtained from the jet observation mission. They are flying every 12 hours so new data makes it into the 00Z and 12Z model forecasts.
