I found Jamaica live free radio....

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

Its so sad,but I have a feeling those people don't fully grasp the seriousness of a cat 5 cane hitting them. That 8 month pregnant woman will probably be found dead after Ivan passes thru :(

I've tried about 100 times, and nothing. How many times did you guys have to try to get in?

I got in! Are they still talking about Ivan? I'd imagine so.

I'm trying to get in. I'm really interested. I'm praying for them all tonight. This storm has got to miss them!

God, please save them!

Looks like it's too late. I caught the last two calls and then end in which the DJ thanked the listeners abroad for caring about Jamaica and wishing them well. They are playing music now, so I guess that's it for the talk.

Yeah..guy on now is kinda depressing? But he said that 'the criminals are preoccupied by Ivan' noting that major crime is down. That maybe they should get more hurricanes because of that...btw he chuckles...he didn't really mean it... Just mentioned it because I felt it showed a combination of the worry, preperation that Jamaican's are taking, but also a slight bit of an attempt to stay spirited. How incredably tough it must be right now to be a native Jamaican.
