This is going to sound like a really stupid question...but where are you all getting the "east" from? And what do you mean by "east"? Into the Atlantic? East Florida? Eastern GOM?

The consensus is south of Tampa down in the Fort Myers/Port Charlotte

area, then moving over the Atlantic off the FL East Coast.
