I am not sure I like the new forecast, to me it makes much more sense. A ridge building Westward from the Atlantic, blocks the NNE/NE direction that some models want to take Ivan. I like keeping the Northerly direction, and I think it will play out.

I guess he reminds me of several military/ex-military guys I know, who may not look like they could kick your azz, but sure enough can if you give them a reason to.
