Just FWIW... when Charley was 15 miles SSW of Orlando at 9pm EDT it had 90 mph sustained winds, that's strong Cat 1. The previous advisory at 7pm EDT when it was just south of Fort Meade and 65 miles SSW of Orlando had 115 mph winds.

{assuming it's a Cat 4}

I know this is probably a stupid question.. But I thought I'd ask

Well... Charley was a Cat 4 but was moving at 25 mph. I don't think IF Ivan follows the same track it'll be moving that fast, so winds will probably be lower, although it will have a large windfield so I don't know.
