At this point do we know if IVAN will devistate the people of JAMICA like he did to all those people in GRENADA, because it seems like he caught them off guard.!!!!

Theres little the peope of an Island nation can do against a cat.4 hurricane.Their governments are woefully ill equiped to handle emergency situations like the US is,besides the people having no where to evacuate to.Theres going to be tremedous damage and loss of life in Jamaica :(
