This is a rumor and I am kind of surprised Dixie would post this sort of gossip.
I work for Citgo Petroleum terminal out of Hookers Point in Tampa and the fuel is flowing and the levels are fine, with all petro companies in Tampa. Tampa supplies the petroleum from about Ocala south to Naples east towards around Lakeland. Deliveries are on schedule and if people back off everything will be fine at this point.
This kind of gossip panic is terrible to a stressed out public anyway.
The doomsday scenrio ....hmmmmm....
