I am able to do satellite fixes using GARP each hour and determine just how far this is from Kingston.
these are available on the updates page at http://www.nwhhc.com/atl092004.html (at the top, before the update).
I will also have one at 10 (not needed at 11, since the update will be issued then) and then, during the eclipse, I think I'm going to catch some zzzzzz's since I will be twiddling my thumbs anyways
