Newbie, don't bash. Have any of you seen this happen before? I have been monitoring their site for weeks now and have not seen it?

They issued a discussion about an hour and a half early for Bonnie last month. They said to disregard it but it turned out to be the actual one that came out. LOL

Maybe they go through a commitee type process, which could be a 1-1.5 hour ordeal. Which means we're getting the news that much later. (Just a guess)
