The storm will not go as far west as Derek states. His objective is to deviate from the NHC's projection in the hope he is right. He is a wannabee hurricane forecaster. Listen to the NHC. They are the best source for reliable information regarding all facets of a hurricane.

There's no call for that kind of post. He does this for a living, so a certain measure of respect would be appropriate. I hope the mod warns you for attacking another poster and you get your posting privileges suspended if you do it again.

Concur....uncalled for. NHC talked about bumping their forecast left a little, so you never know. Regardless, I like reading his stuff. Chill out!

the forecasters get htings wrong and lfip flop all the itme. Derek is doing a damn fine job so lay the hell off him.
