The visible shows a hint of swirl and someone the other day said some models had a low forming there around Sept 12th - 14th i think.
I just see a lot of outflow boundries with the spin so its probably nothing, but there isn't much shear so who knows?
Would Ivan just swallow up anything that does develope down there?
