What the hell is going on with Ivan. Looks like another SW jog. To the experts, what implications might arise with his meandering? Looks like he'll be around for some time.

.....along with others. Cyclonic loop is surely evident. A WNW to W to WSW movement is counter-clockwise, which is the circulation of a cyclone; oppose to an anti-cyclone which is a high pressure and circulates clockwise.
