Do you think it is getting near time to add on some more Moderators to the team. With the number of registered users nearing 4,000 that is a lot of post for so little a number of people to handle. That is a lot diffrent then about a month ago when there was only 1,700 members. And with some of the really negative stuff going on in the hurricane forum i think yall could use some help.

I am just suggesting holding possible interviews or something. And possibly with the main word being possibly adding some new mods. Thanks for the consideration of my idea.

Statistically speaking, if you don't mind, there tends to be only 3 or 4, sometimes 5, maybe 6 [for a short time] full moderators out of 14 (not counting administrators) logged on at any given time.

Well statistically speaking also, since there are 16 admins and mods on this board to 4348 members that means if every mod and admin was responsible for an equal portion of members that would be ROUNDED 272 members per each moderator and admin. Thats a lot of people for such a few number of admins and mods to look after.

As of now I think we have it covered good.. FYI: Mwatkins was added as a Hurricane Hollow Mod this past week. Plus Bob is also a mod of that forum
