I swear, this has been the cheekiest hurricane ever. First a skull, then a lizard eye, then peeking into the Gulf, then a happy face...

...unless you photoshopped that, and then, good on ya. :)

It does have to due with strentgh, it is the beginning of a Rapid Intensification Cycle.
