Does anyone see Ivan hitting FL?

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

With the current trend, I'm going to stick with my prediction from friday.
Big Bend- wed-thurs.

But I'm definiteley no meteorologist.
After being here a few weeks, I wouldn't want the job!

I'm still worried Ivan will end up at my door even though we're not in the cone anymore

I see Florida in its eye sight

Sorry to say this but I am sticking with a Florida strick. If you look at the satelite map you will notice that the cloud coverage to the west , northwest, and southwest is not at deep nor is it as wide spread as it is on the other sides i still say that Ivan could make a north to a north east turn even at this late in the game. If you look at the Charley and the Frances satelite pictures you will notice the same thing occurred before they made landfall the side with the most cloud convection is usually a sign of what direction it will take in future tracks.

It may just hit the panhandle tip of Florida, I could be wrong. It may keep going Northwestward.

Maybe someone else could explain, because I have bitten off my tongue and it hurts rather badly.

Now "where" in Florida is another story yet to be written;

Please don't tell me Tampa or Miami?
Honestly I don't see it going any further
west than Pensacola.
