Oh boy, here we go again!?! What are the conditions like out in front of this area? Are they favorable for development? Thanks!

Tommorow at 2 PM will be the first mission.I thought that they would go today because the system is very close to the islands.

Conditions appear more favorable due to less shear as trough lifts out and very warm sst's.

I really really hope that this new storm doesn't go to the EC of the US. And I also hope its not strong for those in Puerto Rico and the other islands...
