I don't see this storm making it that far west. I feel better about it now, but I don't see it going that far west.

I think he's basing it off the European though he hasn't come out and said it. A "mouth" landfall or pass-by still implies a MS/AL landfall in the long term. I've had it between Moss Point and Seaside for 6 days or more and I'm not changing those ideas now.

I just reported what he said in the tropical update. Right or wrong, I really don't care because I don't agree with his assessment anyway. I'm not going to chump him just like I'm not going to chump you.

And let's clarify - when we say "Louisiana" shouldn't we mean Southeastern Louisiana? I'm thinking we're pretty safe here in Southwestern Louisiana for now.
