Ivan getting hit hard by shear!
Hopefully will weaken it pretty good. Not good for West Florida though because alot of cloud/rain cover is being blown off to the East making worse an already bad Flood situation. Hopefully this will help weaken the system to less than Cat. 3 before landfall.
