Effects of TD11

In Guadeloupe,we had a deluge with 140mm of rain;roads closed,few houses inundated,cars washed away .The winds were not strong(25 to 30kts).The rain continues.
People in the north Leeward had to take care,because this cyclone is a big rain event...
