Looking at this infrared loop, it seems that it might go west of mobile

I hate to say it but I agree with AFM -- west of Mobile and I'm thinking just east of the LA/MS border (sorry, Linda
).
I'm basing it on nothing meteorological but on how the true path has been following near the western edge of the cone. (Like I said, not a scientific guess at all...and hopefully, totally wrong.)
