Jeanne and Herberts box

i know everyone has there attention on Ivan, and with good reason might i add, but isn't Jeanne about to move into Herberts box? Not that there is any scientific support out there that this actually means anything, but i thought i read somewhere that storms that pass through this grid have often struck sfla

The exception is probably having a major cyclone further into the west Atlantic basin and above its latitude...

Actually, I believe that not only did TD11 form in Hebert's Box, it has not as yet left it.
