I hope many heed the warning and leave the area.
Your lives are woth more than your house.
You can always rebuild but if you're dead......
Please stay safe.
again....IVAN IS A LARGE CAT IV STORM and will do massive amounts of damage in and around 100 miles of where the eye crosses the coastline.
Storm surge will be large and well inland. MObile bay will see major flooding.
Stay safe

Amazing to see someone from Milton. I used to live there when I was stationed at Whiting Field many years ago. As I recall there are several trailer parks and some other inexpensively built housing in the area. There are some beautiful old houses near that old rail station but they weren't built to withstand hurricanes, that's for sure. I have so many fond memories of that area, I hope it comes through as unscathed as possible.
You take care of yourself dwinpcola.
