Catastrophic Flooding now likely for NE GA, West Carolinas
Well now it looks like the "worst case scenario" is now coming to fruition. It likely pales in comparison to Mobile...but could be very bad.

My parents are in Asheville NC. They just got out from under the flooding from Frances and are likely to get it again from Ivan. Dad said he drove through a low lying area today that was closed after the flooding and there was debris 25 feet up in trees and logs on top of barn roofs. Amazing. I hate to think what Ivan might do to them.
