What are the implications of an eastern eyewall direct hit on the bay? Have there been studies...whats the geography and surge/pooling implications?
I ask this because its going to be a close call as to whether the eastern eyewall or northern eyewall catches the bay. I assume the eastern eyewall is by far the worst scenario
